Red Light Therapy ... something I adore and use on a daily basis. I have the RLT belt (that you can find here on my Favorites list) and the amazing Lumebox! I have had many folks ask me why I use RLT daily if I don’t have any pain or issues. RLT has also been shown to improve eczema, rosacea, nerve pain, thyroid health, wound healing, muscle recovery, period cramps, fevers and more! I know many mamas who use the Lumebox for when their little ones get sick with a cough and even ear infections. RLT has even been shown to improve mood in people with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and even with depression.

Using the Lumebox is a simple process
- Just hold it for 10-12 minutes on the targeted area of your body
- Allow it to lie directly on the skin for lymph flow or any type of pain
- Set it on your bathroom counter while you get ready in the morning
- Leave it on your nightstand for 10 minutes before your retire for the evening for better rest
- Keep it on the kitchen counter while you prepare breakfast or get ready for your workout to give your cells an extra boost of energy

IS LUMEBOX SUPERIOR TO OTHER RLT MASKS?
