Date “Snickers” Bar
 
These stuffed dates have quickly become my favorite sweet-tooth craving answer!  Believe it or not, I don’t even like dates but I was so shocked when I took a bite of this delight and agreed with the internet – it comes a close second to tasting just like a Snickers Bar but HEALTHY!
 
And ... it couldn’t be any easier than just four ingredients!
 
Cut open a pitted date, add ½ of a pecan and a dab of almond or peanut butter then close it up (there will be a gap). Melt some Lily’s or Pascha chocolate and brush some around the date and then sprinkle with some kosher or celtic salt (salt optional).  Put dates on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 10-15 minutes or till the chocolate hardens.
