If your sweet tooth needs a fixin’ without white cane sugar, then I have just the thing for you!
I started making these years ago when my oven was broken. I discovered that I actually like them better in the toaster oven plus it doesn’t heat up the kitchen
With only 3 ingredients and super easy to make, I usually make these once a month. They only make around 15 cookies – just enough to take care of my craving for a few days!
Almond Butter Cookies

1/2 cup organic almond butter (I use this brand: https://amzn.to/4c09G6Y )
1/3 cup organic maple syrup (I use this brand: https://amzn.to/3uMmk8W )
Handful of chopped pecans (optional)
Mix all together in a small bowl. The dough should be a solid consistency – enough that it stays on a spoon. If it is too runny, then add a little more almond butter. Scoop onto parchment paper and bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes. This totally depends on how crunchy you want them. I use my toaster oven and cook them for 15 minutes
Let them cool for 10 minutes so they set up
** We don’t normally eat peanut butter but I thought I would try these for those that are PB lovers. For me personally, I was not a fan! I was ready to give them away to my neighbor since I didn’t like them, but feel free to give it a try ;)
May your blessings be numerous ~ Rhonda
